Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Additional Terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms of Use.

1.Ultraviolet Digital Copies and Bonus Content

Our UltraViolet-compatible digital copy service provides a digital copy of a motion picture or television program and related bonus content when you purchase an eligible Blu-ray Disc or DVD, or purchase an eligible EST version of a motion picture or television program through a participating digital retailer, or receive a promotional version of a motion picture or television program, that in each case includes an offer for a digital copy of the relevant content (the "Digital Copy Content"). Please note that not all Digital Copy Content offers are redeemable through this digital copy service.

To access and view the Digital Copy Content, you will need to input the authorization code when prompted to do so. You will not be eligible for a refund from us for any portion of the purchase price of your Blu-ray Disc or DVD or EST version if the Digital Copy Content is unavailable for any reason.
